Despite all odds, the Jdpmoyo was able to sailed through the shadow of flood that rocks Iluju en route Igbeti road over the weekend. The team facilitated a programme on training youths on ethical politics in Nigeria. The Jdpmoyo team was received by the Parish Priest, St Anthony Catholic Church, Igboho, Rev Fr, Sylvester Ekuma who charged the youth on active political participation and digital inclusion. The 6-man advocacy team together with four project support staff paid their first visit to the Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) Zonal Office in Oyo, on the 20th of June 2023, to intimate the Permanent Secretary/Tutor General on the Civic Education and Gender Based Violence lecture for students in secondary schools. Earlier, the team had gotten an approval letter from the State Ministry of Education, and such became a necessity to bring the letter to the Permanent Secretary/Tutor General as included in the letter of approval.
